Vontron Technology Co, a company based in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Southwest China's Guizhou province, was selected as the only enterprise from Guizhou in the 2025 list of pilot units for the National Key R&D Achievement Commercialization Program announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Across China, 108 units and 67 pilot results were chosen, with Vontron standing out for its technological accumulation and commercialization potential in advanced manufacturing and new materials.
As a leader in separation membrane materials, Vontron Technology Co has focused for over 20 years on research, manufacturing, and innovation in reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, and ultrafiltration membranes.
The company has participated in multiple major national projects, holds 169 authorized patents (86 inventions), and has contributed to 22 national and industry standards, with three national standards that it led having been officially implemented.
Under the pilot program, the company will advance key membrane material technologies through in-house implementation, technology transfer, and industrial incubation. It will also provide technical and talent support, including staff training, to foster an innovation ecosystem in the membrane materials industry.
