All six key roads designed to improve residents' wellbeing built by the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone opened to traffic on Aug 30, with a total length of over 10 kilometers.
The zone has focused on the industrial supporting facilities and public travel needs since the beginning of this year, raising funds through multiple channels to promote the construction of six roads, creating a more convenient and comfortable travel environment for citizens and tourists, and providing strong transportation support for the industrial development of the economic zone.

Wang Feng, a representative of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Development Investment (Group) Co, said that since the start of construction in March, the company has been working in accordance with the relevant work requirements of the zone's Party working committee and management committee, making every effort to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and to high quality.
As a national 4A-level tourist attraction in Shuanglong, Colorful Guizhou City places extremely high demands on transportation infrastructure. With the ongoing improvement of transportation facilities and the development of tourism projects, the attractiveness of Colorful Guizhou City has increased significantly. In the past year, its passenger flow has increased from less than 500,000 to 1.5 million, representing a significant leap in improvement.
A Shuanglong representative said that the zone will advance the construction of remaining projects to ensure the early opening of more roads, making travel safer for citizens and enabling the rapid development of enterprises in the zone.
