In recent years, Guizhou Dalong Pharmaceutical Co, based in Qianling town, Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been focusing on the health industry, specifically the research and development of new wellness products.

The company recently held its new drug research and development launch event in Beijing, fostering in-depth discussions on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) innovation and cultural promotion.

By integrating the expertise of renowned TCM scholars with corporate R&D, production, and market resources, the company aims to create influential TCM products and accelerate modernization and commercialization efforts.

The company is a leading pharmaceutical enterprise in Guizhou and has been headquartered in Yunyan for over 20 years.

Liu Nianning, the company's chairman, emphasized Yunyan's strong support in the form of sales channels and a business-friendly environment. In 2024, the company achieved a revenue growth rate of over 10 percent and aims to maintain double-digit growth in 2025, targeting 2 billion yuan ($275.48 million) in product sales.

Moving forward, the company will utilize Guizhou's rich medicinal resources to develop high-value health products, expanding nationwide through online and offline channels while building a full-chain TCM service platform.
