Josh Reisner, a star Chinese-American chef from Queens, New York, recently designed a special red envelope with patterns taking inspiration from oxtail ramen - to give his fans and relatives as a way of passing on his best Chinese New Year wishes.
The 18-year-old, whose grandpa comes from Wenchang in Hainan, is a fan of the Hainan classic "white cut chicken", and hopes to open a restaurant in the island province.
