The Hainan Free Trade Port Construction White Paper 2021 was released on June 20, describing the achievements made in the construction of the Hainan FTP over the past year and elaborating on the major policies and measures of the southern Chinese province.
The white paper describes the implementation of relevant policies and systems determined in the Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port released June 1 last year, by focusing on 11 aspects - free and convenient trade, investment, cross-border capital flow, personnel flow, free transportation, the safe and orderly flow of data, modern industrial system, taxation system, social governance, legal development and risk prevention and control.
The appendix of the white paper lists more than 400 important events in the development of the Hainan FTP since the release of the master plan one year ago as well as key policy documents related to its construction.
