The organizing committee of the second China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) recently issued instructions for foreign attendees, providing foreigners to register for the conference online and offline.
From July 11 to 22, foreigners can log in to the official website of the CICPE and apply for professional visitor certificates. If approved, the professional visitors' certificates are valid for the entire exhibition period, which is from July 26 to 30.
From July 11 to 30, foreigners can bring their passports and electronic copies of their ID photos to the Registration and Certificate Management Center of the CICPE, which is located on the first floor of Mengxiang Longteng Bay in Xiuying district, Haikou, to apply for visitors' certificates.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic prevention requirements, it may be impossible to enter the site if visitors don't apply for the visitors' certificates in advance.
According to the COVID-19 prevention and control requirements, foreigners who sign up for the expo must register with their real names in advance to apply for the "Hainan health code" and confirm that their health code is green. Each time they enter the expo site, they must hold a negative certificate of a nucleic acid test taken within the past 48 hours, wear masks, and maintain a safe distance with other attendees. During the expo period, visitors can receive free nucleic acid detection services at nucleic acid sampling points, and there is a free nucleic acid sampling point at the door of the Registration and Certificate Management Center of the CICPE.
