1. Cooperate with Lecheng Pilot Zone Administration and Hainan Provincial People's Hospital to establish Boao Research Hospital (preliminary operation) and list it for operation. It has both functions of public medical security (emergency and ICU) and clinical application of licensed medical equipment in the park. It is also the first public hospital settled in Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone.

2. Cooperate with Lecheng Pilot Zone Administration and Hainan Women and Children's Medical Center to establish the Hainan Women and Children's Medical Center International Cooperation Department, and Hainan Women and Children's Medical Center Lecheng Branch and listed for operation. It is mainly responsible for public services for women and children's medical care in the park, the use of licensed medical equipment in the field of women and children's medical care, explores real-world clinical research, accumulates real-world data, and accelerates the domestic registration and application process of innovative drugs, technologies, and medical devices that have been marketed abroad and not listed in China.

3. In cooperation with Lecheng Pilot Zone Administration and Winhealth Pharma Group (HK), Hainan Boao Winhealth Rare Disease Medical Center was established and operated. Its main function is to provide medical treatment services for patients with rare diseases across the country, carry out pilot trials of innovative drugs, technologies, medical devices, etc., and carry out clinical applications and real-world data research in the field of rare diseases. Speed up the domestic listing of innovative drugs, technologies, and medical devices that have been marketed abroad and have not been marketed in China, and build a national rare disease center.

4. We collaborate with Saint Lucia Consulting, the well-known overseas medical tourism facilitator.
