The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance have jointly announced the list of 2025 National High-Skilled Talent Training Base project units, with Yili Group among those recognized.

The Yili High-Skilled Talent Training Base consists of two parts – the "Yiqixue" online learning platform and offline training bases. Together, they meet the full spectrum of skill training needs for dairy industry talents, from theoretical study and practical training to on-the-job operations.

In collaboration with the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Yili has established a Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Industry Talent Base.

This initiative aims to cultivate digital talents for Yili and its industry chain partners, building leading digital intelligence capabilities and teams.

Yili has received numerous accolades, including being named an autonomous region-level high-skilled talent training base for the dairy industry.

Yili has been accredited for vocational skill recognition in 98 dairy industry occupations and holds vocational skill level recognition qualifications at 31 production bases nationwide.
