The portal website of Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District (CBD) was awarded as an outstanding website at a government websites evaluation and exchange meeting on May 4. It is the third successive year that the award has been given to the website, which is supported and managed by the Administrative Committee of Shanghai Hongqiao CBD.

The meeting was organized by the Shanghai municipal government. Principals of 16 districts, 50 government departments and eight administrative committee websites were in attendance.

The website is a comprehensive information platform for government news release and public service information. It was launched in January 2011 and was updated in 2016. It now consists of eight sections and 30 sub-sections, including News, About Us, Projects, Investment Guide, Transportation Hub and Policies.
