A Pakistani delegation led by Ahsan Iqbal, director of Planning Development and Reform Department of Pakistan, visited Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District (CBD) on April 26. 

Min Shilin, executive deputy director of the Administration Committee of Shanghai Hongqiao CBD, and Jiang Xiaolong, deputy director of the committee, met with the delegation.

The delegation visited the exhibition hall of the Hongqiao CBD and the Hongqiao integrated transportation hub. 

Min introduced Hongqiao CBD's history, development advantages, preferential policies and construction situation. Both sides shared opinions and experiences on construction planning and project investment.

Ahsan Iqbal thought highly of the advanced planning and development efficiency of Hongqiao CBD. He hoped to facilitate the development of Pakistan in relevant fields after a careful study and exploration of Hongqiao's development experience.

Among the officials in attendance at the visit were Zhu Min, deputy director of the Shanghai Development and Reform Committee, and Chen Shuai, director of Asia-Africa Division of the Development and Reform Committee of People's Republic of China.
