Many projects in the north part of Hongqiao Central Business District (CBD), including a public kindergarten, a public hospital, and cultural and sports centers, are under full-swing construction.

It appears certain that in the near future North Hongqiao will be more habitable and attractive to high-end talents.

Public Kindergarten

Close to an uptown, the kindergarten is expected to house 15 classes with a total covered area of nearly 6,000 square meters.

The public kindergarten will reduce the pressure on the residents living nearby of selecting an outstanding school for their children.

North Hongqiao has continued to perfect its educational resources over the past two years with three kindergartens and one secondary school established. It has also sought to balance resources between schools in different areas.
