Guido also praised the local government for its effort in ecological protection, as numerous green lands, parks, and water landscape have been built over the past few years.

As for the future development of Sofitel in the CBD, the general manager said that they will continue to focus on building a French-style hotel.

Dinners in the hotel will be prepared in French style, with bread, wine, and cheese all being authentic, which cannot be found in other hotels.

In order to welcome the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) which is to be held in the CBD from Nov 5 to 10, the hotel will embark on team management and improve its services.
