Three reform measures win provincial recognition

Three reform practices adopted by Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province were recently recognized as best practice cases for reform and innovation in 2020.

Green finance under guidance of the concept which states "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"

As a national pilot green finance zone, Huzhou has established an integrated green finance service platform by using big data technology. This platform has since helped to bridge green projects and financial institutions.

Green finance refers to structured financial activity that has been created to ensure a better environmental outcome.

The city has also set up a sound standards system and a risk-control mechanism for green finance as well as launched innovate green financial products and services to meet diversified financing needs among enterprises.

Grassroots governance modernization

Situated in Huzhou's Wuxing district, Zhili Town covers an area of 90 square kilometers and has a permanent population of over 450,000, among which the migrant population is around 350,000.

The town has been actively promoting systematic reform in grassroots governance, resulting in a string of innovative measures that promote harmony between its old and new residents.

Digital village construction

As a national pilot zone, Deqing county in Huzhou has been actively exploring digital village development. The county has come up with a pattern in which a village is managed through a map based on technologies such as big data and Internet of Things.
