Magnificent view of plum blossoms in Lincheng town

Lincheng town in Huzhou's Changxing county is the largest plum tree planting base in China and is dubbed the "hometown of red plums" in the nation. 

The town is now home to six planting bases, accommodating more than 400,000 plum trees in over 60 varieties.

Each year, about 100,000 red plum trees from the town are sold to all over the country, generating over 50 million yuan ($7.69 million) in revenue. 

Visitors to Lincheng now will be immersed by the magnificent view of plum blossoms, as the majority of them have recently entered the peak flowering period.
