Zhili town in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province is home to the largest children's wear industrial cluster in China.

A complete industrial chain integrating design, processing, marketing, fabric supply, logistics, and warehousing has formed in the town.

Zhili currently houses more than 20,000 market entities in the children's wear sector, accounting for 60 percent of the domestic market share, official statistics show.

In 2020, the annual output of all kinds of children's clothing in the town exceeded 1.45 billion pieces (sets), generating about 65 billion yuan ($10 billion) in sales revenue.

In mid-September last year, Huzhou (Zhili) children's clothing and consumer goods trading management center was designated as a national pilot zone for market procurement trade.

Ma Weizhong, head of Zhejiang B.YCR Co Ltd, a local garment company, said that the new foreign trade model will enable children's clothes from Zhili to be sold all over the world as easily and quickly as small goods from Yiwu, which is known as the "world's supermarket".
