Taihu Lake-themed stage drama to premiere in May

Zuimei Taihu, a stage drama revolving around Taihu Lake, the third largest freshwater lake in China, is slated to premiere in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province in May.

The drama will recreate several splendid historical events that occurred around the lake, giving audiences an audiovisual extravaganza through tens of thousands of high-tech stage machinery and devices.

It will make its debut at Taihu Lake Longemont Paradise, which is a tourist complex in Huzhou's Changxing county.

The tourist complex now encompasses luxury hotels, senior care apartments, an international circus city, a wild animal world, an amusement park, a shopping center, wetland parks, and bar streets.
