Huzhou adds a new university

The construction of the new campus of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power in Huzhou's Nanxun district was recently completed, local media reported.

The campus, which is designed to house up to 15,000 teachers and students, will welcome the first batch of more than 4,700 students this September.

With an investment of 2.8 billion yuan ($430.77 million), the school spans about 1,500 mu (100 hectares) and is only four kilometers away from Nanxun Ancient Town, a national 5A scenic attraction in Huzhou.
