More than 80 enterprises from Huzhou, Zhejiang province sought business opportunities at the 3rd China-CEEC Expo and International Consumer Goods Fair and the 24th China Zhejiang Investment and Trade Symposium held in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, from May 16 to 20.

Huzhou took the events as an opportunity to expand cooperation with Central and Eastern Europe countries and expand the city's trade at home and abroad.

At the symposium, the city signed as many as 11 foreign-funded project contracts with a total investment of $2.9 billion, including an intelligent logistics equipment manufacturing and intelligent supply chain project.

Huzhou also arranged for enterprises and agents to display products at the expo. For example, Huzhou Fumeida Textile Co Ltd shared more than 100 kinds of products with customers from different countries.

Zhejiang Deqing Jiayi Health Tech Co Ltd, which has attended the event several times, also designed new types of mattresses for hotels and other uses, which a number of retailers bought. "We provide a great experience at the expo and retailers can also buy the products at our online store," a company employee explained.
