A campsite transformed from an abandoned mine in Shangshu township, Huzhou's Anji county, has recently welcomed crowds of visitors.

Catering and entertainment services have also been made available to visitors at the site.

The mine's transformation, which is a result of a provincial campaign launched by Zhejiang to upgrade scenic spots through micro renovations, has injected new vitality into the local cultural and tourism sector.

In 2021, Huzhou was included in the provincial "micro renovation" program and ranked first in the provincial evaluation in that regard that same year.
