Baotou city prepares sumptuous cuisines for tourists

From ancient times to the present, the city of Baotou – in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – went through the colliding and merging of the Yellow River culture and Shanxi-Shaanxi culture, forming a uniquely distinctive culinary tradition in the area.
