The first travel guide and travel map of Gusu district in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, has been released.

It aims to promote cultural tourism resources in Gusu district and set up a tourism brand of the ancient area of the city.

The travel guide was printed on both sides. All the main scenic spots are listed on side B, while introductions of featured tours are on side A.

Through four articles on spring, summer, autumn and winter, visitors will be informed on the charm of the scenic area. After reading the article titled “travelling 2500 years in history”, people will have a better knowledge of Suzhou-style daily life.

The travel map is shown as a painting and emphasizes scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, transportation, entertainment and shopping. Tourists can also find information on travel agencies and hotline numbers. Tourists will be able to get the guide and map at tourism information centers and promotion events for free.
