Wansan pork shank

 Wansan pork shank is a traditional delicacy in Zhouzhuang. It is known for its fat but not greasy meat.

Sweet green rice ball

This rice ball is green because mugwort juice is added while kneading the dough. Sweet green rice balls usually have red date paste or bean paste filling. In the past they were often eaten during Qingming Festival, but now they can be eaten any time.

Sole-shaped flaky pastry

This flaky pastry resembles a sole fish. It is crispy, sweet and salty.
