A Suzhou city image exhibition themed around Suzhou’s food, culture and lifestyle kicked off in Fiji on December 13.

The English version of the Suzhou tourism guide, titled The Allure of Suzhou, was available at the exhibition on the opening day, introducing gardens, handicrafts, Kunqu opera and scenes from Taihu Lake.

Silk products, Chinese traditional qipao and Suzhou-style cookies were provided for visitors.

A Suzhou city promotional video, directed by famous director Ning Hao, was broadcast at the exhibition.

The show will last two months.
