The Taicang municipal human resources and social security bureau has launched the nation’s first German enterprise human resources website recently.The website offers free registration to German-based companies in China. About 80 German companies have registered on the site.

The website has diversified columns such as German company recruitment news, self-recommendations for overseas talents and internships for undergraduates. It aims to serve not only German businesses in Taicang, but also those in other districts of China. It provides a platform for technical personnel exchange for both China and Germany, including university graduates and overseas students.

China’s Ministry of Commerce and Germany’s Economy Ministry named Taicang a Sino-Germany Enterprise Cooperation Base in 2008. The city has brought in more than 200 German enterprises to date. The new website will be of great help in recruiting human resources for these businesses.
