On January 22, the closing ceremony of the “Spring of Jincang Lake” Culture and Art Festival and an art performance of excellent mass works were held in Cheng Xiang town’s cultural center, attracting art enthusiasts from villages and communities in the town.

During the culture and art festival, 88 activities were launched including a dragon boat challenge and kite exhibition and flying activity. The event enriched the cultural and spiritual life of local people and enhanced their participation in and appreciation of culture.
