It will also actively introduce intermediary agencies, encourage private capital to set up venture capital institutions, and attract more venture capital institutions to have branches in Taicang Port. The establishment of small loan companies and research and development institutions in large and medium industrial enterprises will be promoted to build up an attractive environment for the development of high-tech enterprises ，hoping to have over three new technical centers and an engineering research center at the provincial level.
