Embark on a cruise trip from Changshu

Residents of Suzhou, Jiangsu province can now board the Victoria 7 to enjoy a Yangtze River cruise from Changshu.

Victoria 7, a cruise ship operated by Changjiang Cruise Overseas Travel Company, docked in the harbor in Changshu city on September 16, being the first cruise ship to dock in Changshu.

On Sep 16, 80 German tourists welcomed the cruise ship and started their trip. After touring Changshu, the tourists boarded the cruise ship once more to head to cities along the Yangtze River, including Yangzhou, Nanjing, Jiujiang, Wuhan, Yichang, Badong, and Fengdu, before terminating at Chongqing Municipality. The entire cruise lasted 10 days.

Victoria 7 is a five-star rated cruise ship, measuring 87.5m (287ft) with 81 cabins.

Tourists are able to choose from several themed travel routes while onshore in Changshu – for example, classical tour, ecological tour, village tour, and business and shopping. Other routes will include Mudu Town, Zhouzhuang Town, Suzhou gardens, Yuantouzhu Park in Wuxi, and attractions in Shanghai.
