Jiangsu's Suzhou-style silk scarves will be shown at Expo Milan 2015 in Italy during this May to October. Their producer, Suzhou Yitang Silk Culture Co Ltd, yesterday signed an agreement with the China Corporate United Pavilion for Expo 2015 to be its exclusive silk supplier.

The company's product designer, Zhuang Lingxia, said their creative, fine-quality silk products combine traditional designs and modern printing techniques. The scarf "Ancient Suzhou" she designed in 2013, for example, contains images of Taihu rocks, a Chinese lute and Yueju Opera figures and is printed with modern techniques.

In addition, according to Zhuo Yalan, an official of China Corporate United Pavilion, the pavilion will feature some best known Chinese enterprises such as China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and Baosteel Group, and it will also want small and midsize companies, such as Yitang to display their products too.
