The city of Taicang in Jiangsu province has launched a mobile client for smart city management to better serve residents.

Apart from policy release and information inquiry, the platform allows residents to take photos of city management problems they come across and upload the photos to the platform. Once the problems are solved, the platform will send the feedback to reporters.

In the future, the platform will add more functions, such as inquiry of information of parking lots and public bikes.
