As QOROS 2015 World Table Tennis Championships (WTTC) will be inaugurated on April 26, 2015, in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and the Organizing Committee of the WTTC will launch the pre-competition news conference in the auditorium on the First Floor of Suzhou Culture and Arts Center at 3:30 pm on April 25, 2015.

It is known by the official website of the WTTC that the distinguished guests attending the news conference are Thomas Weikert, Chairman of ITTF, leaders of Chinese Table Tennis Association, leaders of the Organizing Committee of the WTTC in Suzhou and representatives of the title sponsor. Part of players for the WTTC, i.e. Zhang Jike, Ma Long, Li Xiaoxia, Ding Ning, Dimitrij Ovtcharov, Kasumi Ishikawa, will also attend. Matthew Pound, Media Promotion Manager of ITTF will serve as the host for the conference.

It is leant that the leaders of the Organizing Committee of the WTTC in Suzhou will give an introduction of preparation of the WTTC to media during the conference, then the leaders of Chinese Table Tennis Association will brief the profiles of the Chinese players and Chairman of ITTF will deliver a speech to media. Moreover the players participating in the conference will talk about their thoughts regarding the results of the final 16. Last but not the least, the title sponsor will announce the matters about the media scholarship.

Reporters of various media coming to the pre-competition news conference should be noted that they should present their competition registered press cards (received during the registration) before being admitted to the conference. The Organizing Committee will arrange the shuttle buses to the conference site at the recommended hotels for media.
