A unique store comes into sight as you walk towards the memorial archway of ancient Liuhe town in Taicang.

"Liuhe", pronounced the same as the ancient town's name but written with different Chinese characters, is actually a leather goods store.

Maybe you would think that its owner should be an old man wearing a black apron and a pair of reading glasses, but that would really be a great mistake. The owner is a young guy, born in the 1980s.

This is a small store with about 10 square meters divided into two rooms: one is his studio and the other is a show room housing more than one hundred of his works, such as shoes, bags and wallets.
