Four role models shared their stories during the event.

As a native of Taixi village in Shaxi town, Wu Lifang chose to serve local residents as Party chief of the village instead of going to big cities.

Born in the 1990s, Sun Wangyi is the deputy director of the municipal real estate registration center. She has been universally praised for her efforts in serving enterprises and the public.

Ti Lina came from Urumqi, capital of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. With a dream of starting her own business, Ti founded the Changing Tek Co with her husband.

Zhang Xumei is a researcher at Taicang Agricultural Technology Popularization Center and also a doctor dedicated to improving the condition of farmland. She has introduced multiple new soil fertilizers, as well as soil improvement and ecological restoration technologies in the past nine years. Zhang has played a significant role in improving the quality of Taicang's arable land.
