The Foliday Town Taicang Alpine Resort started construction on two projects on June 5.

Alpine Time Town will cover an area of 70,000 square meters and offer themed tours revolving around food, lifestyle, sports, and technology.

Club Med Joyview Village will provide 308 guest rooms and other venues for business meetings, dinner parties, as well as wedding ceremonies.

Alpine Snow World, another major project of the resort, broke ground in January and is expected to open in October 2023.

Taicang Alpine Resort covers an area of 1 square kilometer near Taicangnan Railway Station. There will also be a 700,000-square-meter residential area for locals and expats who prefer a European lifestyle.
