The list of 2025 innovative talents in enterprises under the "Innovation Jiangsu" initiative was recently released, with one talented individual from the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, Xinghua, Jiangsu province, among those selected.
The person receiving the recognition is Jiang Heng, general manager of Taizhou Anjoy Food, located in the Xinghua zone, Taizhou, known as a standardized, high-end hot pot food production base owned by Anjoy Foods in Fujian province.

Jiang joined Anjoy Foods in 2010 and has worked for the Taizhou company since 2012, devoting himself to the frozen food industry. With a high degree of professionalism and perseverance, he has built the subsidiary into a leading enterprise specializing in frozen and prepared food in China. It now produces more frozen fish paste and meat prepared food than any other production base in China.
He has promoted the establishment of the "Jiangsu Province Frozen Modified Food Engineering Technology Research Center" in Taizhou and has won multiple honors including Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Entrepreneur.
