Xintairuan, China's salary service provider, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nantong’s Tonzghou district on April 26.

The agreement was signed at a meeting for integrated development of capital and industry in Shanghai.

Chen Weiping, deputy district head of Tongzhou district, said that Tongzhou has unique location advantages and inclusive policies. “Tongzhou has vast development room and potential,” he said.

“Xintairuan will help establish a payment settlement center as well as a fund of about 10 billion yuan ($1.48 billion) for migrant workers” said Yang Pengbo, chairman of Xintairuan.
