The project, invested by Jiangsu Zhehua Precision Manufacturing Co Ltd and located in Nantong Gangzha Economic Development Zone (GZEDZ) to produce 5 billion electronics die-cutting components annually received the five certificates and licenses on Oct 12.

It took only 28 hours for the company to get all the five certificates required for construction after the land transaction was completed, realizing the target of "commencement as soon as the land transaction".

To attract more projects to settle in the Gangzha Economic Development Zone and help them land smoothly, the zone set up a special service team to provide steward-style services for the enterprises. The team initiated and adopted a pre-review and parallel examination method to ensure all the permit procedures would be finished as quickly as possible.

In addition, the service team of the GZEDZ takes the initiative to get contact with relevant departments such as the municipal administrative approval bureau, the municipal housing and urban-rural development bureau, and the district administrative approval bureau, to boost the efficiency of project approval.
