Ingredients: Shrimp paste, fresh shrimp, meatballs, Chinese chives, fried egg, flowering cabbage, black fungus, bamboo shoot slices, parsley, and more.

Interesting fact: The dish is also known as "hotchpotch" and its history dates back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It is a must-eat dish for Nantong natives during banquets and the Spring Festival.
