The visitors learned about several valuable traditional Chinese medicinal materials before trying their hand at producing sachets with their preferred ingredients.

After acquiring deeper understanding of characteristic TCM therapies, the visitors were able to experience guasha massage treatment and Sanfu medicinal patches (bandages made using traditional Chinese herbal medicine), among other treatments.

Laina from Namibia shared that by trying the Sanfu medicinal patches, she got a sense for the wonders of TCM as well as the value of avoiding an unnecessary dependence on chemicals.

The students also wore tai chi clothing to practice ba duan jin, a tai chi-like form of traditional Chinese exercise, and tasted Chinese herbal tea with different functions.
