The Helian Juxing Smart Manufacturing Sci-Tech Park in Tongzhou district, Nantong, is currently under rapid construction.

With a total investment of 3 billion yuan ($411.00 million), the project is being developed by Nantong Helian Real Estate Co Ltd. The park spans an area of about 16 hectares, with a planned total building area of 310,000 square meters.

The park consists of two zones – A and B. Phase one includes eight factory buildings and is expected to be completed in August next year. Phase two, covering 42,000 square meters, began construction on Oct 11. Construction on the first-floor framework is currently underway, with the main structure expected to reach two stories by the Chinese New Year. It is expected to be completed by October next year.

Helian Group, a renowned industrial park operator in China, brings decades of expertise in park development and management. The Juxing Sci-Tech Park represents the latest generation of its projects, focusing on smart manufacturing.

The park targets industries such as intelligent equipment, new-generation information technology, and aircraft and automobile components. It aims to attract high-tech enterprises and serve as an integrated hub for research, prototyping, and production, establishing itself as a model for urban industrial clusters.
