Hauhaili, Hai'an's first immersive floral and cultural-creative arts commercial and tourism base, is set to partially open on Jan 10.
Covering 25,000 square meters, the project combines natural landscapes with innovative design to offer a unique leisure experience.
A major highlight of the base is the use of container-style structures, which incorporate industrial aesthetics into the design. The flexible design allows for easy changes in decor and themed setups, appealing to younger visitors and providing novel experiences.
Outdoors, an 1,100-square-meter lawn has been completed and will host various activities, such as grassland music festivals and pet competitions.
The site's 6,700-square-meter building area includes 22 structures housing 89 shops. Surrounding the complex are four themed zones — Exotic Planet, Wonderland, Magical Realm, and Western World — enhancing the immersive experience.
Currently, 41 businesses have confirmed their presence at Huahaili, including VR experiences, intangible cultural heritage workshops, and dining venues. The project is expected to become a key destination for cultural tourism and creative leisure in Nantong.
