Chongchuan uses livestreaming to boost recruitment

A special livestreaming recruitment activity was held on March 31 at the Nantong Human Resources Mansion in Chongchuan district – the main urban area of Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province.
The recruitment fair was held particularly for five enterprises that Chongchuan's chief service officers regard as being key service clients: Jiangsu Zhongqi Environment Technology Co Ltd, Jiangsu Miao Optics Technology Co Ltd, Nantong Foremost Headwears Co Ltd, Jiangsu Meike Property Service Co Ltd and Nantong Lantian Safety Appraisal Consulting Co Ltd.
In order to better serve its resident enterprises, the district has launched a chief service officer, or CSO system. Before the fair, the CSOs got in contact with their paired firms to learn about the employment situation.
A total of 342 positions were offered by the five companies. These included jobs for accountants, environment monitoring personnel, safety assessors and assemblers.
The livestreaming attracted 31,000 views, with nearly 500 people conducting negotiations with the businesses.
Moving forwards, the Chongchuan human resources and social security bureau is expected to undertake more measures to better expedite public employment, as well as implement various preferential policies.
