The Chongchuan Economic Development Zone in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province launched a new cultural and tourism consumption card on July 15 to boost spending in these two sectors.
Local residents and tourists can buy the card on the WeChat public account named "chongchuanonline" at a cost of 199 yuan ($29). The card will be valid until Dec 31, 2022.
Cardholders can enjoy preferential prices at scenic spots, restaurants, cultural blocks and shopping malls, said a local official.
