Nantong Xingdong International Airport in Jiangsu province will offer flights to Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital, from June 15 to Oct 26.

The flight will operate by Cambodia Airways on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. All flights will be scheduled during daylight hours, making them convenient for travelers from both cities.

The flights to Phnom Penh will depart from Nantong at 1:05 pm with a flight time of three hours and 25 minutes. The return flights will depart Phnom Penh at 7:05 am with a flight time of five hours.

The Nantong-Phnom Penh flight is the fourth direct passenger flight launched by Cambodia Airways in East China after Jinan, Wenzhou, and Fuzhou. It is also the first such flight in Jiangsu province.

2024 marks the China-Cambodia Year of People-to-People Exchange. The new flight will improve the accessibility and convenience of Nantong and its surrounding areas.

Nantong airport will also resume its international flights to Seoul, Osaka, and cities in other countries in July.

Phnom Penh is the largest city in Cambodia and serves as the country's center of politics, economy, culture, transportation, trade, and religion. Boasting a blend of traditional and modern architecture, the city teems with vigor and vitality.
