NHIZ boosts business satisfaction with 24/7 service
The Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Nantong's Tongzhou district has been actively promoting its 24/7 service model to accelerate local project development. By offering round-the-clock support, the zone has improved the satisfaction of businesses operating there.
One of the beneficiaries of this service is Nantong Quick Contact New Energy Co Ltd. According to Liu Quan, the company's administrative manager, construction on the project officially began in November 2023 and has been making smooth and efficient progress, allowing it to enter its trial production phase as early as last October.
Liu recalls that in July of last year, while the construction team had not yet vacated the site, the company requested permission to begin installing and debugging some equipment. The NHIZ's project office responded quickly, allowing the company to proceed with the request while ensuring the proper safety measures were in place.
In addition, the company finalized its power supply plan in early August, but discovered that there were no suitable power lines in the area. The project office quickly stepped in to facilitate communication with the power supply department, finding an optimal solution. This ensured timely electricity access for the company while also saving on costs.
Liu expressed high satisfaction with the business environment in Tongzhou, stating, "Tongzhou's location is advantageous, its business environment is excellent, and its government service capabilities are outstanding. We expect to achieve full production in June this year, with an annual output value of over 1.5 billion yuan ($204.59 million)."
Nantong Quick Contact New Energy is a project being carried out by Suzhou Quick Contact Photovoltaic Electronics Co Ltd with a total investment of 240 million yuan. It will consist of a research, development, production, and sales base for photovoltaic and energy storage connection systems.
