NETDA launches onsite spring jobs fair

The Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area, also known as the NETDA -- located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province -- recently began organizing a large spring jobs recruitment drive for nearly 180 big manufacturers and service companies.

After the Spring Festival break, the human resources and social security department of the NETDA held two spring online job fairs to help meet the employment need for companies in the city.

As of Feb 27, companies had posted nearly 3,000 job openings and more than 7,000 resumes had been received through online recruitment websites.

The human resources and social security department will reportedly play an active role as a public platform of the human resources market and continue to hold online and offline job fairs.

Starting from March, regular job fairs will resume every Friday and a larger on-site job fair will be held in the morning of March 7.
