NETDA conference covers recruitment, top-quality development

The High-Quality Development Conference of Human Resources and the launch ceremony of the Cloud Platform of the Government-University-Enterprise Cooperation Alliance were held on Nov 11 in the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area, or NETDA in Nantong.

Nine colleges and universities from Nantong, 30 key local enterprises and local human resources service authorities were invited to the conference.

The event heard that under the alliance, college graduates who land a full-time job for the first time in the NETDA can apply for a monthly subsidy of 500 yuan ($78). In addition, rewards and subsidies will be given to talent consultants, college graduates and human resource agencies for employment referrals.

The development zone management committee is encouraging companies, colleges and universities to cooperate with human resources cooperation alliance.

The conference was said to have effectively promoted matchmaking and stronger links between HR services authorities and job seekers.
