Authorities of the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China's Jiangsu province held campus recruitment talks in Lanzhou, capital city of Northwest China's Gansu province from April 11 to 14.

More than 400 graduates from universities like Lanzhou University, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, as well as Lanzhou College of Information Science and Technology attended the talks.

Zhai Jingdong, deputy head of the organization department of the area's Party committee, introduced NETDA's geographical location, pillar industries, and living environment during the events. He also outlined the area's policies related to youth cadre training, salaries and benefits, as well as talent apartments.

Three graduates who have worked in NETDA also shared about their career and life experiences during the events.

The recruitment events offered 300 job vacancies related to fields such as machinery, electric automatization, chemical industry, materials, and biomedicine.

Authorities have launched campus recruitment seminars at eight universities in six cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, and Wuhan, so far this year to attract more college graduates.
