The human resources and social security bureau of the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) organized an event to help 100 college students who returned home during the winter break gain a deeper understanding of their hometown.

During the event, the students visited key local landmarks, including the Nantong Planning Exhibition Hall, the Nengda Showroom, and representative enterprises in the area. This experience provided them with a firsthand look at the rapid development of the development area over the past 40 years, as well as the area's advancements in technology and intelligent manufacturing.

The event also included a presentation on talent policies, where local officials explained the favorable policies for talent recruitment, training, and services in the NETDA. They also addressed students' questions on the spot. The area's strong support for young talent, coupled with its generous policies, left the students feeling encouraged and eager to contribute to the region's growth. Many expressed their desire to stay and develop their careers in their hometown.

"We are establishing a long-term communication mechanism called 'Nengda Star Youth', through which we will regularly share internship opportunities, job openings, and entrepreneurial support policies," said an official from the NETDA's human resources and social security bureau.
