These vegetables and fruits are resistant to drought, flood, wind, freeze and diseases. They are popular in the market and now have ushered in the first harvest season.

Liu Xianfei, a leader of the greenhouses, said that the picking activity carried out in the ecological garden has received a total of more than 5,000 visitors with a daily income of more than 8,000 yuan ($1150.26).

In recent years, Xichuan county has formed a modern agricultural tourism integration zone, combining tourism, sightseeing, picking and leisure. It has developed characteristic industries, the integration of agriculture and tourism, town construction and infrastructure relying on its regional advantages. These measures not only help peasants get rid of poverty, but also promote the rapid development of the county's economy.
