In recent years, the market supervision bureau of Nanzhao County has taken multiple steps to optimize its business start-up services.
One action has been to further integrate online and offline services. Starting a business can be done either through the physical government service hall or the Henan Provincial Government Service Network online service hall.
The promise of "one-window acceptance, full-process service" is in place for offline processing, and enterprise start-up materials are collected at one time, so that applicants are not required to submit them repeatedly.
In addition, companies with special requirements can use appointment services and door-to-door services.

The second measure reduces the time, complexity and costs of setting up enterprises. The three steps of business establishment have been reduced to two steps - business registration and invoice application. The time needed for business registration does not exceed two hours; the time needed for official seal engraving does not exceed two hours; and the time needed for the receipt of invoices that meet specified conditions does not exceed four hours. The goal is that the total time required to start a business should not exceed one day, and no fees will be charged for the whole process.
The third measure is to issue free seals for enterprises. Taking the decision by the State Administration of Market Supervision on the "simultaneous issuance of electronic business licenses and electronic seals" as an opportunity, a set of electronic seals will be issued for free when issuing electronic business licenses for enterprises.
This measure means the government will pay for corporate seals, integrating business establishment and seal engraving into "one link", and realizing a "do it as soon as you come" promise of distributing official and financial seals on site and free of charge.
The fourth measure has been to set up a self-service area for lobby windows. This area is equipped with a schematic diagram of the entire electronic registration operation process; reading glasses, paper, pens and other common items; assistant instructors and office computers. It is run using the first-inquiry responsibility system and a one-time notification system to help companies consult and handle related license matters.
